We are a Portuguese company specialized in Design, Development and manufacture of cutting and stamping tools for sheet metal parts, molds, parts production, manufacture of high precision components, large scale machinery, mechanical structures and jigs construction, spare parts and general metal working, with ISO 9001:2008 certification.
We have a covered area of 3500 square meters and our production main machines include CNC milling machines, high speed machining centers, CNC turning machines, grinding machines, press machines up to 400 tons capacity and an EDM department.
We have a CAD department, working in 3D CAD, with CATIA and SOLIDWORKS software and a quality control department with a measuring machine.
Our workshop has lifting and handling equipment up to 10 tons and a wide working area for our projects.

Temos uma área coberta de 3500 metros quadrados na qual um parque de máquinas composto por fresadoras CNC e convencionais, centros de maquinação de alta velocidade,tornos CNC e convencionais, rectificadoras de planos e cilindricas, prensas mecânicas de capacidade até 400 toneladas, secção de electroerosão, gabinete de CAD especializado em 3D, no qual usamos software CATIA V5 e SOLIDWORKS, secção de conformidade de produto, meios de elevação e movimentação até 10 toneladas e uma ampla área de serralharia.

Cunhol began the year of 2010 with another Qualification, in the scope of welding special process, according withthe norm EN15614-1:2005, for the base material S355 J2G1W (EN10025-2) on a range of 4 to 12 mm of thickness.
In the past day 19-10-2009 Cunhol obtain the Solar Thermal Collector SunAitec manufacture certificate, according to the NP EN 12975-1:2007, NP EN 12975-2:2007.
In the past day 17-10-2009 Cunhol obtained the certification NP EN ISO 9001:2008, in the scope of Design, Development and manufacture of cutting and stamping tools for sheet metal parts and manufacture of high precision components.
Cunhol took part in a project for a revolutionary product in the renewable energies, putting a big effort on engineering and knowledge assisting SunAitec in their idea, giving life to a brilliant concept, a new and more efficient sun collector, with a vanguard design and architectural integration, becoming exclusive producer and a strong partner for the future.
An area where Cunhol have a word to say is the Aerospatiale, with 30 years working with TAP Air Portugal, O.G.M.A., and more recently PILATUS. By recognition of that, a participation in a project for the construction and assembly of a fly simulator for the Portuguese Air Force Epsilon TB-30.
